Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing Thoracic​/GI

Novocure is a global oncology company pioneering Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), a non-invasive therapy designed to slow or reverse solid tumor growth. Our commercial product, Optune, is approved for glioblastoma (GBM) in the USA, Europe, and Israel, and we are running clinical trials in other solid tumors, including lung and pancreatic cancers.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (official title: Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing – Thoracic/GI) within our Global Marketing team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global brand strategy for thoracic and gastrointestinal oncology indications. You will collaborate closely with regional and country teams to ensure strategic alignment and support the successful launch of our innovative therapies worldwide.

Build global brand plans based on market insights and international strategy.

Develop go-to-market strategies for pancreas and thoracic indications.

Lead global marketing projects (online and offline) for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.

Collaborate with regional and local marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Manage agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns and materials.

Support onboarding of new countries for launches.

Oversee promotional budgets and measure impact through KPIs.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

5+ years of experience in product or global marketing within the life sciences industry.

Prior experience in lung and/or pancreatic cancer is required.

Strong ability to manage global projects and build cross-functional relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Creative, strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Willingness to travel up to 30% globally.
