We are seeking a motivated, creative, and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining visual design, marketing strategy, and customer communication to create materials and campaigns that generate interest and support sales growth.

• Design professional print and digital marketing materials, including advertisements, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, social media graphics, and sales presentations.
• Manage E-commerce Sales and Inventory
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across marketing and sales materials.
• Plan and support promotional campaigns that attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Work with the sales team to create product-focused content, proposals, and other tools that help close sales.
• Write and edit clear, persuasive marketing copy.
• Manage website and social media content as needed.
• Track campaign results and recommend improvements based on customer response and sales goals.
• Communicate with customers and follow up on leads when needed.

• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Experience with common design and marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A customer-focused attitude and confidence working with sales-related goals.
• Self-motivation, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
• Previous marketing, design, or sales experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with a strong portfolio and the right attitude.
