Understanding our Faith-Based Foundation and Commitment

This position requires a deep commitment to the Christian faith, its principles and practices. This position can expect to regularly be praying with other staff clients and supporters. Participating in regular Bible studies and discipleship. Staff should actively seek to live out what we teach our clients and apply this faith in their personal and professional lives. Alignment with the Christian doctrines outlined on the ATCCC website is essential.

Position Overview: Serving the ministry to provide excellent leadership to the In-Residence Program staff and clients. This position ensures the program meets all accreditations and standards as set forth by the leadership.
