Program Director (Full-Time)
Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center (VMESC) is seeking a full-time Program Director to help create and lead retreats, workshops, and spiritual programs rooted in Catholic values and the mission of the Sisters of the Humility of Mary.
The Program Director will design and facilitate programs on-site, online, and in the community; collaborate with staff and partners; support marketing and outreach; and help guide the spiritual formation of participants. This role includes some administrative, budgeting, and coordination responsibilities and may involve supervising facilitators or volunteers.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in theology or a related field (master’s preferred) along with 3–5 years of experience in retreat ministry, pastoral work, or program development. Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with Catholic social teaching are important, as is comfort using technology. Evening and weekend availability is needed.
