Full‑time position at Federated Church.

Federated Church () is seeking a full‑time Pastor to lead the congregational ministry.

• Provide a teaching ministry based on theological, educational, and historical foundations.
• Communicate a comprehensive understanding of the Bible and Christian theology relevant to people’s lives.
• Offer opportunities for individuals, couples, families, and/or groups to enter a healing relationship.
• Deliver the Word with empathy, providing care and assistance as appropriate.
• Make formal and informal connections with members in homes, workplaces, and other settings.
• Support the preaching ministry with preparation, reflection on the Word, and listening for its power and implications.
• Lead people to make decisions for Christ, encouraging engagement with the local church/community.
• Help individuals or groups understand and enhance the spiritual dimensions of their personal lives.

• Ministry of the laity development
• Monthly communion, weddings, funerals, baptisms (Baptism Classes)
• Participation with other local churches for community services:
  Easter, Thanksgiving, and community Lighting of the Green.
• Ex‑officio membership on all boards and committees.

Salary $40,000+ and use of parsonage.
