This person must also be an effective team leader who will encourage and empower others to lead.
Westside Community Church has been a staple in the Monroe community since the church’s founding in the early 1960s (originally Monroe United Brethren Church). It is a friendly congregation of approximately 40 people, eager to connect more intentionally with their local community. The church is financially sound and has a facility located within walking distance of Adams Central Community Schools.
The senior pastor role at Westside Community Church is a full time position. The salary and benefits package will follow the guidelines laid out by the denomination and will vary based on years of education and experience in ministry leadership.
