Full‑time or Part‑time, Non‑exempt. Current opportunity for the Evening Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM including rotating weekends and holidays. Starting Pay: $26.50 – $32.50 per hour depending on experience. Eligible for up to $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Coordinate and support the individualized plan of care for community residents.
• Supervise, provide leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

• Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
• Proven leadership experience preferred.
