Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. For well over a decade, Concordia Visiting Nurses has provided high-quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and a variety of therapy services to our patients.

Our goal is to deliver quality home health services, in good faith, to those who entrust themselves to our care and to minister to the unique needs of each individual with respect, dignity, and compassion. We strive to hire excellent people at Concordia - and keep them as well!

Your patients, your schedule. Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Some weekends, evenings and holidays are required.

. Nurses are needed to cover multiple areas in Butler County, Allegheny County, Clarion County, Westmoreland County, and Armstrong County. Allowing you to work close to your home. Graduate nurses are welcome to apply!

Our Palliative Care Team provides supportive care for patients with advanced illnesses and considers the emotional, social, and spiritual needs of both our patients and their families.

• Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
• Current license in the State of Pennsylvania
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state.
