Starting at $27+/hour (with annual increases of $0.25/hour for each year of service)

• Shift: 6am - 6pm Full Time
• Shift: 6p-6a Part Time - $2 shift diff

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana

• Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical professionals
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Provide wound care and manage dressing changes
• Collect specimens for lab testing
