BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Wilkes-Barre, PA Pediatric/Adult Home Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a RN Clinical Manager:

* Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

* Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wilkes-Barre, PA and other surrounding areas.

* Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.

* Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.

* Facilitate new hire orientation.

* Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications:

* Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.

* Experience with pediatric clients strongly preferred.

* Bilingual a plus

* Supervisory experience preferred.
