Care Options for Kids specializes in one‑on‑one hourly pediatric and adult care in the home.

- Perform all personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Registered Nurse (RN), which may include assisting the patient or client with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, and physical transfer.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, including cleaning and straightening of bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, washing dishes or laundry, and other tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the patient or client.
- Measure intake and output of fluids, and measure temperature, pulse, respiration, or blood pressure.
- Keep records of personal health care activities.
- Observe appearance and gross behavioral changes in the patient or client, reporting to the Registered Nurse (RN).
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in home care is preferred.
Licensure/Certification- Current, valid Pennsylvania CNA license or 75‑hour HHA certificate
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid Driver's license

Salary$29,120.00 - $33,280.00 / year
