Registered Nurse
Location:
515 Montgomery Avenue Merion Station, PA
Pay Range: $/hour
We are seeking a reliable and skilled RN to support the Sisters living in a retirement residence. This role provides hands‑on nursing care and ensures high‑quality clinical oversight in a respectful, mission‑centered environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during assigned shifts
- Monitor and document vital signs, health changes, and care needs
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- Support safe transitions to hospital or appointments when needed
- Collaborate with CNAs, contract staff, and the Healthcare Coordinator
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent situations
- Active PA Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification
- Strong nursing competencies and knowledge of best practices
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Sound decision‑making, self‑motivation, and leadership abilities
