The Penn State Health
- Hampden Medical Neonatology team is looking for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a level II NICU with well baby and delivery room responsibilities. Following appropriate orientation, the NP is credentialed and works independently and in collaboration with attending physicians, peers and other members of the health care team to provide specialty care to critically ill patients.
The NP may order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays and may prescribe. The role works in an inpatient critical care area.
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
