• Base pay: $19.75/hr - $25.75/hr
• Sign On Bonus: $2,500 for Full-Time, $1,250 for Part-Time (paid in quarterly installments over one year)
• Paid Out in Quarterly Installments Over One Year (program details may vary; see HR for specifics)

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the residents’ physical needs and comfort in a skilled nursing facility setting. Perform direct care to residents as assigned, following resident care plans and supervisor directions. Perform other duties directed by community representatives. Follow all health, sanitary and infection‑control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state where you work, or otherwise possess the requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant under that state’s laws.

• Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available.

  3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Wage: $19.75 – $25.75 per hour.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 for Full‑time, $1,250 for Part‑time.
