Full-Time Hourly, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Independently performs routine work orders and preventive maintenance for the Lutheran Senior Life System and Life Programs. Provides and delivers quality services in an efficient and safe manner for the customers and to maintain the assets of the organization for a safe and pleasant environment.

• Two year certificate from college or technical school.
• 3 years’ experience, or at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license in order to visit clients in their homes and other sites.
