• 12-hour shifts 8am - 8pm
• Weekend rotation minimum every 3rd weekend
• Expected to manage 3 - 4 patients per hour
• Focus on acute illnesses and injuries
• No chronic care management
• Must stay until all patients seen after 8pm closure
