As a Certified Nurse Midwife, you will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to women across the lifespan. Working closely with physicians and clinical leadership, you’ll deliver babies, educate patients and families, and help advance evidence-based, patient-centered care within a collaborative practice model.

• Provide reproductive, prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care, including hospital-based deliveries as scheduled.
• Educate patients and families on prenatal, postnatal, and women’s health topics through one-on-one counseling and group classes.
• Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and the development and maintenance of clinical protocols.
• Support teaching, community outreach, and professional development activities as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nurse midwifery or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program with current Indiana RN licensure.
• Certified Nurse Midwife or Nurse Practitioner in Indiana with prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a CNM or WHNP.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical environment.
• Schedule:
  
  4–5 day work week, based on clinical needs.
• Compensation:
  Starting salary of $125,000.
