Location: Harrisville
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12 Hour Shift
Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove Care Center is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of caregivers. We provide competitive wages with an option to be paid on-demand, comprehensive benefits, and a professional and motivating environment.
Responsibilities- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions.
- Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately.
- Report patient condition to RNs and doctors.
- Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
- Valid LPN license in PA.
