Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions

As an LPN at Genesis Health Care, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician's treatment plan.

• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)

• Monitor resident's conditions and report accordingly.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
• Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.

current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Posted Salary Range: USD $29.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
