As a Hospice Resource Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting patients, families, and clinical teams during some of life’s most meaningful moments. This position is ideal for an experienced hospice or palliative care nurse who enjoys problem‑solving, teaching, and guiding others—without the demands of managing a full patient caseload. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted clinical expert, ensuring timely, compassionate, and high‑quality hospice care while partnering with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members across the continuum.
