Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents’ health status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
