Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, Pennsylvania. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation of resident care plans, supervising and supporting nursing staff, and promoting a culture of quality and compliance. About the Role:- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee implementation of resident care plans
- Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
- Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Previous Supervisor experience
- Supportive, team-focused environment
- Consistent schedules
- Leadership that values and supports nursing staff
- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with residents
- 3:00p-11:00p FT Monday to Friday
- 3:00p-11:00p PT EOW
