American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a 13-week day shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

• Med/Surg Tele unit setting using team nursing with patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:8
• Day shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts weekly from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required within scope to meet facility needs
• No block scheduling accommodations available
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active RN license (PA or Compact) required
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience required
• Epic charting system experience required

• Care for medical-surgical telemetry patients including cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia management
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Former Guthrie Healthcare System employees must be separated for at least one year before returning as a traveler
• Preferred RTO of 5 days or less
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
