American Traveler is hiring a RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float position requiring 1 year of experience and a PA or compact RN license.
Details- Med/Surg Tele Float unit within a hospital setting
- Patient ratios of 1:4-1:8 using team nursing
- Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Float position requiring flexibility to float within scope to meet facility needs
- No block scheduling available
- Active RN license (PA or Compact) required, pending licenses not accepted
- BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted
- Preferred RTO of 5 days or less
- Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment
