Halifax Health in the Day shift Post Surgical Med/Surg unit seeks a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. You will direct and coordinate nursing care provided by LPNs and aides, ensuring age-appropriate and developmentally suitable care.
You will assess patients on admission and during stay, teach patients and families, administer medications, and collaborate with the team to achieve optimal outcomes. Adherence to Cornerstone standards is expected.
