?What You Will Do:
- Provide compassionate, person-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation care for our residents.
- Administer medications, oversee treatment plans, and execute physician orders accurately.
- Collaborate daily with experienced nursing staff, LPNs, and CNAs in a team-oriented environment.
- Monitor resident vitals and changes in condition, maintaining accurate electronic health records.
What We Are Looking For :
- License:
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or newly licensed/recent grads). - Certification:
Valid CPR / BLS certification. - Mindset:
Eager to learn, dependable, and passionate about starting a rewarding career in geriatric care.
