Graduate Nurse – Registered Nurse

Responsible for providing compassionate, quality nursing care in a clinical environment, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
