As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we're seeking a motivated and caring RN who is committed to delivering exceptional care.

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
