Amaryllis Nursing and Rehab Center, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals in Smethport, PA. As a Staff LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and identify changes in residents' conditions and initiate appropriate steps
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting vital signs, and performing treatments
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the healthcare team
- Participate in care planning and development of individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Licensed as an LPN
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patient and emotionally mature individual
- Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and collaborate as a team player
- Competitive pay range of $28 - $30 per hour based on experience
