LPN – Practical Nurse Team Lead

This position involves supervising and managing support staff in a clinical setting, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

• Leading recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff
• Coordinating staffing, scheduling, and resource management
• Developing policies, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring safety standards
• Addressing personnel and operational issues, resolving problems, and facilitating communication
• Overseeing budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
• Supporting clinical and administrative functions, including providing direct patient or provider support
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Preparing reports and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

• At least one year of LPN work experience
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and coordinate across departments
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, safety, and infection control
