Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a PRN LPN to join our team at State Correctional Institution
- Waymart located in Waymart, Pennsylvania.

Pay rate is $33 - $35/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Behavioral Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Experience working in mental health preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available

Shift: FT day shift; 6:30 a.m.

- 3:00 p.m. M-F and every other weekend.
