As an RN Supervisor, you'll play an important role in providing excellent resident care while supporting and guiding our nursing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during your assigned shift.
Ensuring residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
Collaborating with nursing administration and interdisciplinary team members.
Supporting nursing staff with clinical needs, resident concerns, and day-to-day operations.
Promoting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Ensuring compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations.
Current, active Pennsylvania RN license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A team-oriented attitude and passion for resident care.
Long-term care or supervisory experience preferred.
