LPN – Primary Care – Per Diem

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support, assisting providers and caring for patients across various age groups. This per diem position offers flexible hours and includes benefits such as a 401(k) plan, Employee Assistance Program, and voluntary insurance options.

• Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist providers with minor surgical procedures and diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Collect, prepare, and document laboratory specimens; manage patient communication and respond to inquiries.
• Administer medications and vaccines, including skin testing, under provider supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment, ensuring asepsis and proper equipment setup.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Ability to provide care within designated age ranges and clinical scope.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Adherence to safety and organizational policies.
