American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position requiring a PA or compact RN license and ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications.
Requirements- Active PA or compact RN license required
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- References required for consideration
- PA fingerprinting and PA Childline Abuse Clearance required
- PA Department of Aging fingerprints required for travelers who have not resided in PA for the past two years
- Med/Surg Tele unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Telemetry patient population
- Night shift, 3x12 hours, 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- No floating requirements
- Provide acute care nursing services to medical/surgical and telemetry patients
- Holiday availability requested
- Minimal RTO preferred
- Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
- First-time travelers welcome to apply, though travel experience is preferred
