$1,600 GROSS WEEKLY | 26-WEEK ASSIGNMENT

We're recruiting experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for day‑shift travel opportunities at a Pennsylvania state‑operated restoration center in South Mountain.

• Gross Weekly Pay: $1,604
• Taxable Rate: $10.00/hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,204/week for eligible travelers
• Contract Duration: 26 weeks

  40 per week
• Schedule: Five 8‑hour shifts per week

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30‑minute unpaid lunch
• Paid Breaks: Two 15‑minute breaks
• Weekends: Rotating weekends required
• Holidays: Assigned holidays required

No leave may be used during the first four weeks of the assignment. Cell phone use is not permitted while working.

This Commonwealth of Pennsylvania opportunity is located at a state‑operated restoration center administered through the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS).

You’ll work alongside licensed nursing professionals and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting resident safety, comfort, and daily needs.

• Provide direct nursing care within the Licensed Practical Nurse scope of practice.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to appropriate healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as permitted within scope and facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Follow established safety, infection prevention, and facility procedures.
• Support consistent, patient‑centered care throughout the assigned shift.

This opportunity offers a travel compensation package. Your permanent tax‑home address must be more than 50 miles from the assignment facility to meet Heartline Staffing’s travel‑distance policy. Tax‑free stipend eligibility is subject to applicable IRS requirements.
