As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

• Coordinating daily operations and activities to meet patient needs and facility goals

• Evaluating patient care plans and making recommendations for improvement

• Providing orientation and training to new staff members

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
