About the Role:As a Part-time LPN at Ellen Memorial Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, you will provide high-quality patient care to our residents and patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to medical staff
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and patients
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Current LPN license in the State of Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred - Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
