About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living tasks
• Assessing resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring resident progress, reporting changes in condition to the nurse manager, and updating resident records as needed
• Participating in care conferences, educating residents and families on care plans, and communicating effectively with other members of the care team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Company policies
