American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring PA or compact RN license and at least 2 years of experience.

• Acute care setting on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call requirements and no floating requirements
• Meditech charting system used in the hospital, no experience required

• Active PA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience required
• Medical/Surgical/Telemetry skills required
• PA fingerprinting and PA Childline Abuse Clearance required
• PA Department of Aging fingerprints required for travelers who have not resided in PA for the past two years
• Two professional references required

• Provide nursing care to medical/surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Holiday availability requested
• Minimal RTO preferred
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• First-time travelers welcome to apply, though travel experience is preferred
