, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care on our weekend shifts. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. - Provide direct patient care to assigned residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
