We’re growing our Skilled Nursing team and have several openings available! Whether you’re looking for full‑time hours, part‑time flexibility, weekend work, or PRN opportunities, we’d love to find the right fit for you.

We’re hiring compassionate CNAs for multiple opportunities on our Skilled Nursing team!

• Every Other Weekend Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• PRN/Flex:
  All shifts available!
• Earn $21–$24 per hour, including applicable shift differentials.
• Opportunities for shift differentials of up to $5.50 extra per hour, depending on the shift and applicable differentials.

As a CNA at Peter Becker Community, you’ll play an important role in helping residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, hands‑on personal care to residents.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Supporting residents’ independence, safety, and well‑being.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to deliver quality care.
  
  Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• A compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
