As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at our facility, you’ll assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing department, in accordance with company policy and all appropriate regulations as well as treating wounds along with infection control. You’ll also be asked to participate in facility surveys/inspections from regulatory agencies as requested by the administrator or director of nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS- Licensed as an RN
- Previous experience in a long term care facility
- Previous nurse supervisor experience
- Infection Control experience
- Completion of CDC Infection Control course or completion within 30 days of hire
