Assistant Nurse Manager

Could you be our next Cardiac Cath Lab Assistant Nurse Manager at Paoli Hospital?

Use your dynamic leadership abilities in building and leading our interdisciplinary team within the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team.

Be one of the many MLH Nurses who pursue certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP) by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program! This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, evidence-based research projects, and precepting new staff. You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally.

Assistant Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab

Fulltime Day Shift with a Minimum of 20% rotation to Off-Shift

1. Three to Five years’ experience working in a Cath Lab Nurse experience preferred.

2. Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.

1. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

2. BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.

3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Association / American Red Cross) required.

3. Certification in specialty area is desired.
