Education:

College degree in landscape design/related field is advantageous.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years design experience in landscaping and outdoor living.

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer to join a growing team that values employee growth and rewards skills and effort. This role focuses on luxury-level outdoor living spaces in Western PA, emphasizing creative concepts and cutting-edge designs. Candidates should have prior landscape design experience with a strong focus on residential outdoor living spaces, including pools capes, patios, pavers, decorative stonework, hardscape elements (outdoor kitchens, fire features, pavilions), and horticultural knowledge for verdant gardens with natural stone and boulder accents.

Designs include lighting layouts, outdoor audio systems, and general irrigation knowledge.

Your Purpose. Collaborate with our team and clients to translate visions for outdoor living spaces. Work with the sales team to provide creative design solutions for new or improved landscape projects. Coordinate with the estimating team for preliminary budgeting and material/labor/equipment estimates to ensure creativity, profitability, and adherence to standards.

Work/Life Balance. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed. Weekend work is minimized but may be required to accommodate client schedules.

• 2D and 3D design experience (Realtime Landscape Architect and/or Sketch Up preferred)
• Experience or training in landscape sales, design, and installation
• Relevant coursework, degrees, licenses, certifications, and training
• Familiarity with landscape trucks, trailers, and related equipment
• Computer, smartphone, and tablet proficiency for company app operations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial
