We’re looking for a motivated Landscape Technician to support our planting and installation work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, trees, and shrubs. You’ll assist in the execution of planting projects, helping to bring landscapes to life while working alongside a skilled and supportive team.

This is a full-time seasonal role with the opportunity for year-round work for the right individual.

• Help with layout and installation of trees, shrubs, and perennials according to planting plans
• Plant and mulch garden beds and tree installations with proper spacing and care
• Perform maintenance on new and existing plantings, including pruning and weeding
• Operate basic landscape tools and equipment including a mini skid loader and compact tractor with backhoe
• Maintain a clean and organized work site and vehicle
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients when needed

• Experience with planting is preferred
• Familiarity with common plants, shrubs, and trees used in the region
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow layout instructions carefully
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license is required
