WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage your own day
• Communicating directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Operating and maintaining equipment, including potentially specialized machinery.
• Keeping accurate inventory on your vehicle.
• Identifying opportunities for new Sales Leads (with bonuses)
• Training new team members and fostering a positive work environment.
• Performing all tasks with expertise and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in professional landscaping with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various landscaping equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., pesticide application, arborist certifications) are highly valued.
