Job Title
Quality Manager – Systems and Solutions Team
Role OverviewThe Quality Manager oversees all quality-related functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving continuous improvement across the Systems and Solutions Team. This role manages quality personnel, leads audits, supports ISO initiatives, and responds proactively to manufacturing and customer issues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the quality team and all quality processes.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Review customer specifications and manage inspection/test plans.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure ISO compliance.
- Track and report quality KPIs and cost of quality metrics.
- Address customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
- Manage NCRs, DMRs, and supplier quality issues.
- Support supplier audits and drive improvements with Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in global quality initiatives.
- Conduct quality training and onboarding for new employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 7+ years in quality, manufacturing, or training roles; 3+ years in leadership.
- Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus.
- Familiar with ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, and production environments.
- Able to read engineering drawings and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and results‑oriented.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage workload independently.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, changing environments.
