• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturingteamstodesign ,implement,andmaintainrobustprocesscontrolsthateliminateerrorsandensuresuperiorproductandservicequality.
• Utilize quality systems such as Corrective Action,Internal/External Audits,Change Management,and Deviation Analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Plan, schedule, and execute internalqualityaudits
  ,deliveringinsightfulreportsandactionablerecommendations.
• Support and contribute to customerandregulatoryagencyaudits
  ,ensuringcomplianceandcontinuousenhancementofqualitystandards.
• Play a key role in New Product Development ,ensuringrobustdesign,strongmanufacturingprocesscapability,andeffectivequalitycontrolmeasures.
• Develop, refine, and uphold Quality Systems procedures
  ,ensuringalignmentwithorganizationalgoalsandindustrybestpractices.
• Lead and facilitate Change Management processes to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  ,identifyingrootcausesanddrivingeffectivecorrectiveactions.
• Conduct root-causeanalysisforums
  ,leveragingdatatrendsandmarketinsightstoguideimpactfulqualityimprovements.

Typicallyrequiresabachelor’sdegreeinengineeringorarelatedscientificdisciplineplusatleast7yearsoflaboratoryormanufacturingexperienceortheequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.

Preferablywith5yearsinaqualityfocusedrole.

• Chemistrybackgroundpreferred.

• Deep understanding of quality processes,ISO
  9001principles,andrelatedstandards
  .
• Advanced proficiency in statistical methods
  , including Designof Experiments(DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Strong risk-based decision-makingskillstoresolvecomplexqualitychallengeseffectively.
• High-level customer interaction skills, with the ability to provide in-depthproductknowledge
  .
• Proven experience leading majorauditsandconductinghigh-impactqualityinvestigations
  .
• Outstanding communicationandleadershipskills
  , with the ability to influencestakeholdersatalllevels
  .
