A plastic injection molding manufacturer in Hatfield, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join their team. This position is responsible for inspecting molded plastic components, ensuring products meet customer specifications, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately one month before moving to the permanent 3rd shift schedule.

Hatfield, PA
Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am
Training
Schedule:
1st Shift for approximately 1 month before transitioning to 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic injection molded parts.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Verify products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements.
- Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency with measuring equipment and inspection tools.
