Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Global Template Owner – Quality Management – Clinical/R&D Quality to lead standardization of Clinical/R&D Quality processes within the Transcend program. This hybrid role is based in Titusville, NJ, with potential for alignment to other global sites.
You will drive the Global Template design, ensure alignment with the future-state blueprint, support testing, validation, and training efforts, and collaborate with regional teams to enable a unified SAP
